Office 365 Two-Step Verification

Have the user sign in to http://myapps.microsoft.com with the userid@medtronic.com followed by Medtronic password.
Once signed in, click on the name in the upper right corner and select Profile
On the right side, you should see a Manage account section, click on "Additional security verification"
This will open a new window showing the Additional Security Verification page
