Quicken 2016 startup error

When starting up Quicken 2016, I would get an error every few times. I know there must be a value set somewhere to check /connect to Quicken site.
I checked online and found the solution.
It was set at 4, so every 4 starts, it will try to update and that's when it fails and reports an error.

With File Explorer go to: C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Quicken\Config
Double click on Quicken.ini to edit it.
Change "Periodic_update_period" to 0.
This seems to turn it off.
Note the test for that was to leave it at 4 (which is what it was set to)
