Replace failed SVM disks

Maybe it is coincident but the second HD on the server started showing errors in the mirror while AT&T came to replace the ADSL modem yesterday.
I spent a lot of time trying to understand how new modem works and stayed up until 2AM.
I came home today and decided to change all server's IPs to internal private IPs so that the new modem can act as the gateway router.
It finally worked after IP changes in so many different places.
System files, Apache config files, BIND conf files, ...
All seems to work now.
Then, I tried to fix the SVM issue by issuing the following commands:
HDs have shown errors a few times.
They may die one day.
I asked Hsi to get me a couple of 500GB HDs but I still haven't got a chance to see them.
Let me ask him again to see if Chun-Ling can help bring them back.
