Wireshark

I finally got a response back from Actiontec support yesterday.
The tech mentioned the engineers may need wireshark printout.
I did a research and found WireShark was formerly named Ethereal that is used to analyze network packets.
Sun engineer also said he's using Wireshark to load tcpdump data I sent him for analysis.
Out of my curiosity, I downloaded, installed and ran it with tcpdump files to see what and how it does.
It certainly includes all network packet information but I couldn't quite figure out what the information presents to me. It has different colors for special meaning. I perhaps need time to learn how to interpret the information from Wireshark.
For now, I will leave it to both SUN and Actiontec to find the problem.
