Crookedest Street in San Francisco (Lombard) - 九曲花街

After visiting the cable car museum, I headed to another famous tourist spot --- crookedest street (Lombard Street).
I visited it the first time in 1994.
I asked a vendor to drive me there on Monday night.
I decided to walk up there to feel it.
From what I was told, the houses by the street are all million dollar homes.
Easily, I have no doubts.
It is all the way uphill from the cable car museum.
I am telling you, the uphill slope is very steep, no kidding!
When I finally got to the bottom of the crookedest street (Lombard & Leavenworth), I saw lots of people taking pictures there.
There are 2 sidewalks on both sides of the crookedest street.
On the way up to the top of the crookedest street at Lombard & Hyde, there are gardens on both sides of the driveway/street.
Beautiful flowers.
I just don't understand why people would buy the homes here.
So noisy.....
San Francisco's weather is different.
From local people, they say summer is the worst time of the year.
It is windy, foggy and chilly. Winter is actually warmer. Strange.
Of course, I need a proof to show I was there at the spot.
I took a picture of myself.
Not great but acceptable.
