我們瑜珈課的暖身動作就是類似這種敲打全身

除了上半身外,還可以敲打腿部內外側,效果會加倍喔

瑜珈跟敲打也有關係?

我們上的不是很傳統的瑜珈啦

因為老師是中醫,又會氣功,所以就把這些全部融入瑜珈課中囉
