Command Aliases must have ALL capital letters as keywords. Also, it can NOT contain special characters such as underscore "_".
Cmnd_Alias TEST_CMD = /bin/vi /etc/shadow --> syntax error
Cmnd_Alias Test = /bin/vi /etc/shadow --> syntax error
Cmnd_Alias TESTCMD = /bin/vi /etc/shadow --> OK
